Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Parshva is operated by Parshva Holdings, LLC (“Parshva”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This policy covers the parshva.io website and the business conversations that start from it or from our outreach.

When you become a client, the personal information in the products we build for you, such as your systems, repositories, and product data, is handled under the agreement for that engagement. Where that agreement differs from this policy, the agreement applies.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in a form on this site, we receive:

• your name and email address;
• your website or LinkedIn profile, if you choose to share it;
• the outcome you select and the message you write about what you want to build.

When you email us, book a session, or speak with us, we also receive whatever you choose to share, such as your company, role, phone number, and details about your business or project.

Information collected automatically

Like every website, our hosting provider receives standard technical information when you load a page: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems. We do not use it to build profiles of visitors.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Cookies

parshva.io does not set advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies, and it does not use third-party analytics or advertising pixels. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical measures to deliver pages and protect the site.

Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when a page loads, and Google receives your IP address. If you follow our booking link, you leave this site for Google Calendar, where Google’s own cookies and privacy policy apply.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run Parshva, and only as needed for them to do so:

• Vercel, which hosts this website;
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which receives website form submissions and forwards them to our inbox;
• Google, which provides our web fonts and our session booking calendar;
• our email, productivity, and accounting providers, which store our correspondence and business records.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, in which case the information remains protected by this policy.

6. If we contacted you first

We sometimes email professionals whose work suggests our services may be relevant to them. For this, we use business contact details, such as your name, role, company, and work email address. We get these from public sources like company websites and professional profiles, or from business contact data providers.

We use them only to send relevant business outreach. You can stop it at any time by replying to say so, or by emailing rohan@parshva.io. We will stop contacting you and keep only what we need to make sure we don’t contact you again.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the length of our relationship. After that, we keep only what we need for legal, tax, and accounting records, for the period the law requires. Hosting logs are kept for a short time by our hosting provider. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see section 8).

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your information;
• object to or restrict how we use it, including for outreach;
• move your information to another provider (portability);
• withdraw consent where we rely on it.

To use any of these rights, email rohan@parshva.io. We will reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.

If you are in the EU, UK, or another country with a data protection authority, you can also complain to that authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

California residents: in the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (such as name and email address), professional information, internet activity limited to the hosting logs described above, and the contents of messages you send us, for the purposes in section 3. We have not sold or shared personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

9. International transfers

Parshva Holdings, LLC is a United States company, and we and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the standard contractual clauses our providers offer.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to personal information to the people who need it. We also use reputable providers with strong security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you where the law requires it.

11. Children

Parshva is a business service. This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services change. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
